Texas Man Lynches an Empty Chair and Says “To Hell with Obama”

Among the many things you can add to the list of ridiculous antics of the right wing, there is a man in Texas who has received some scrutiny for lynching a chair in public and comparing the chair to the president.  Obviously, he never would have done such a thing had the person he was referring to not been black.  But that’s just how things go in the darkest parts of the Long Horn state.

Bud Johnson, a 73-year old man who is longing for the days when whites controlled everything, took Clint Eastwood’s speech to an empty chair to yet another level by lynching that chair as if it were the president.   The photo was posted in the Burnt Orange Report, along with an interview with the man crazy enough to do it.

“I don’t really give a damn whether it disturbs you or not,” Johnson said. “You can take [your concerns] and go straight to hell and take Obama with you. I don’t give a sh*t. If you don’t like it, don’t come down my street.”

This kind of silliness isn’t distracting President Obama, who appears ready to get another of the rest of the country that doesn’t want America to move backward.  Mr. Johnson doesn’t have a lot of years left on this earth, so we’ll just let him vent with an empty chair, an empty heart and an empty house.  The Obamas will keep doing their thing in Washington.
